If you would like to ship an order to an address other than the credit card billing address, we require one of the following procedures:
Option #1: Please contact your credit card company to have your shipping address added as an authorized shipping address on your account.
Please send an e-mail to staff@jmckinley.com, when address is successfully added.
Option #2: Send a Fax Authorization containing the following items:
1. Copy of the credit card.
2. Copy of a picture ID
3. A statement reading "I authorize JMcKinley Corp to ship my order to the following (shipping) address, followed by the billing address.
4. A handwritten signature
5. Please be sure to include your invoice number for reference.
6. And Fax to: 1-972-702-8605
Option #3: We accept payment via western union.
If you choose this option, we can email you the instructions.
Option #4:As always, we can certainly ship your order to the credit card billing address.
Why must I go through this procedure?
Our procedure is actually very simple and takes less time than you think.
Basically we do require an authorization in order to cut down on fraudulent usage of credit cards, that is currently so prevalent on the internet. This one step helps us cut
down on fraud, keeps our costs down, and enables us to provide our customers with
the lowest possible price. The procedure is done strictly to verify your identity and for no other purpose. Rest assured, we take every precaution to make sure your critical information is kept private and secure. We realize that this policy may be slightly inconvenient, however it enables us to provide you with the best possible price. We hope you understand our position, and thank you for your cooperation!
